Common use of Examination of Files Clause in Contracts

Examination of Files. 1. Each Professional Employee shall have the right to examine the contents of such Professional Employee's personnel file upon request to the Director of Personnel. This personnel file shall contain all information that has a direct bearing upon the Professional Employee's professional status at the College. 2. A representative of the Association, at the Professional Employee's request, may accompany the Professional Employee for the examination.
