Examination of Work before Covering. No part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment, as applicable, shall be permanently covered up at the Site or put out of view without affording Owner a reasonable opportunity to examine and measure any such part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment, as applicable, which is about to be covered up or put out of view, including examining foundations before any part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment, as applicable, is placed thereon. For certain agreed parts of the Work as set forth in Exhibit A, Contractor shall give notice to Owner whenever any such part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment, as applicable, or foundations is or are ready or about to be ready for examination and Owner shall, without unreasonable delay, attend (or inform Contractor that it is unnecessary for it to attend) for the purpose of examining and measuring such part of the Equipment or Owner Equipment, as applicable, or of examining such foundations.

Examination of Work before Covering. UP No work shall be covered up or put out of view without the approval of the Engineer and the Contractor shall afford full opportunity for the Engineer to examine and measure any work which is about to be covered up or put out of view and to examine foundations before permanent work is placed thereon. The Contractor shall give due notice to the Engineer whenever any such work or foundations is or are ready or about to be ready for examination and the Engineer shall without unreasonable delay, unless he considers it unnecessary and advises the Contractor accordingly, attend for the purpose of examining and measuring such work or of examining such foundations.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Legal Compliance Contractor represents and warrants that it shall secure all notices and comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of any governmental entity in conjunction with the performance of obligations under the Contract. Prior to award and during the Contract term and any renewals thereof, Contractor must establish to the satisfaction of the Commissioner that it meets or exceeds all requirements of the Bid and Contract and any applicable laws, including but not limited to, permits, licensing, and shall provide such proof as required by the Commissioner. Failure to comply or failure to provide proof may constitute grounds for the Commissioner to terminate or suspend the Contract, in whole or in part, or to take any other action deemed necessary by the Commissioner. Contractor also agrees to disclose information and provide affirmations and certifications to comply with Sections 139-j and 139-k of the State Finance Law.

  • Employee Cooperation Following termination of Employee’s employment, Employee shall cooperate fully with the Company in all matters including, but not limited to, advising the Company of all pending work on behalf of the Company and the orderly transfer of work to other employees or representatives of the Company. Employee shall also cooperate in the defense of any action brought by any third party against the Company that relates in any way to Employee’s acts or omissions while employed by the Company.
