Exception to Identity Disclosure. School officials need not provide information concerning the identity of a student from whom the controlled dangerous substance or item was obtained where the substance or item was turned over by a student to a student assistance coordinator or other individual who holds either a school nurse, school nurse/non-instructional, school psychologist, school counselor, school social worker or student personnel service endorsement on the Educational Services Certificate in the course of, or as a result of, school-based intervention, assessment, referral for evaluation, evaluation or referral for treatment, as those terms are defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:16-1.3 and delineated in N.J.A.C. 6A:16-3.1 or participation in a community-based substance abuse treatment program where:

Exception to Identity Disclosure. School officials need not provide law enforcement with identification information related to a student when the student voluntarily turns over a controlled dangerous substance, related paraphernalia, or cannabis to a student assistance coordinator or other individual who holds either a school nurse, school nurse/non-instructional, school psychologist, school counselor, school social worker or student personnel service endorsement on the Educational Services Certificate if the below criteria are met.

  • Continuing Disclosure The Creditor may be required to provide you with regular statements. The statements will give you information about your account. Statements will be provided every six months if required. The method for calculating the early repayment recovery amount is further described in the General Conditions (Consumer).Costs incurred by the Creditor in connection with the enforcement of, taking advice on or taking any action pursuant to the contract, or otherwise in connection with the contract, are payable by you on demand by the Creditor on a full indemnity basis.
