Exceptional Faculty Award Program. Pursuant to RCW 28B.50.843, the Federation and the College agree to the following process for nomination and selection of faculty for the Exceptional Faculty Award.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.   • First Source Hiring Program Contractor must comply with all of the provisions of the First Source Hiring Program, Chapter 83 of the San Francisco Administrative Code, that apply to this Agreement, and Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 83.

  • AWARD PROCEDURE 1.1 If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Services through this Framework Agreement then it will award its Services Requirements in accordance with the procedure in this Framework Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) and the requirements of the Regulations and the Guidance.
