Exceptions to Seller's Penalty for Delay. To the extent that delay in Startup is caused by Buyer or by a Force Majeure Event, each penalty date specified in Section 2.2 will be extended by the period of such delay. Seller shall notify Buyer as soon as possible after the occurrence of any act or omission by Buyer, or the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event, that will cause a delay in Startup and the expected length of such delay.
