Exchange Confidentiality Responsibility. All documents and information provided by Contractor to the Exchange or to the vendor for the Exchange shall be treated by the Exchange as confidential and exempt from public disclosure if they are deemed to be or qualify for treatment as confidential information under the Public Records Act, Government Code Sections 6250, et seq. and other applicable Federal and State laws, rules and regulations. Documents and information that will be treated as confidential include, but are not limited to, provider rates and the Contractor’s business or marketing plans.
