EXCHANGE OF HOURS OF DUTY. A. The request for exchange of hours of duty by an employee may be granted by the Fire Chief or his designee, at his discretion, provided such request has been made through channels and in conformance with the needs of the District. Such discretion shall not be unreasonably denied.
