Common use of Excluded Health-related Services Clause in Contracts

Excluded Health-related Services. The FSCH will not be responsible to provide or pay for any health- related services or care items not directly declared in this agreement, including but not limited to; i. Physician visits, in-house and otherwise. ii. Ambulance transfers. iii. Lab work. iv. Any care provided outside the facility (doctors’ offices, hospital, out-patient PT, etc.).
