Products and Completed Operations Personal Injury Liability Contractual Liability The policy shall be on an occurrence form and limits shall not be less than: $1,000,000 Each Occurrence $2,000,000 General Aggregate $1,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury Automotive Liability: The Party shall carry automotive liability insurance covering all motor vehicles, including hired and non-owned coverage, used in connection with the Agreement. Limits of coverage shall not be less than $500,000 combined single limit. If performance of this Agreement involves construction, or the transport of persons or hazardous materials, limits of coverage shall not be less than $1,000,000 combined single limit.
PRIVATE BUSINESS/GENERAL/PERSONAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE 12.1 Teachers shall be allowed personal leave up to and including five (5) days in any one school year with the loss of substitutes’ pay only, and shall be deducted full salary for days absent for personal reasons in excess of five
Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered Any gas service lines in excess of 500 feet in length; high pressure gas lines and the high pressure service line which is defined as a natural gas supply line with a pressure rating of 60 psi or greater; natural gas meter including connections; appliances or appliance connectors or burner tips; any gas service line not measuring between ½” and 1 ¼” in diameter; utility meters; any interior gas piping. Long Term Leave of Absence The District may grant any employee an unpaid long-term leave of absence for up to one (1) year for study, child rearing, travel, medical, or other mutually agreed to reason(s). Upon Board approval leave may be extended an additional year. Employees granted such a leave shall be permitted to stay on the District insurance programs at their own expense (carriers permitting), shall not gain or lose seniority or other benefits, but shall not be granted advancement credit on the salary schedule for the period of the leave. Upon return from such leave, the employee shall be entitled to the same position or a position substantially equivalent to the position held prior to the leave.
SHORT-TERM ILLNESS AND INJURY AND LONG-TERM DISABILITY Employees shall be entitled to coverage for short term illness and injury and long term disability in accordance with agreed upon regulations which will be subject to review and revision during the period of this Agreement by negotiations between the Parties and included as Appendix A to this Agreement.
Catastrophic Leave Program Leave credits, as defined below, may be transferred from one or more employees to another employee, on an hour-for-hour basis, in accordance with departmental policies upon the request of both the receiving employee and the transferring employee and upon approval of the employee's appointing authority, under the following conditions:
Employees with a Work-related Injury/Disability An employee who was off the State payroll due to a work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an employee receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.
Employees At-Risk Through Medication Use 5.1 Employees who are taking medication which might affect their ability to undertake any kind of work safely, should advise an OH&S representative or the First Aid Officer, who will act immediately to eliminate the risks.
