Common use of Exclusion of Employees Clause in Contracts

Exclusion of Employees. The agency shop provisions set forth in subsections 3.B., 3.C., and 3.D. herein shall not apply to persons occupying positions designated as management, supervisory, or confidential, nor to persons not in the classified civil service. The County may designate positions as confidential in accordance with Administrative Code Section 3.04.020.

C.3. herein shall not apply to persons occupying positions designated by the Board as management, supervisory, or confidential, confidential nor to persons not in the classified civil service. The County may designate positions as confidential in accordance with Administrative Code Section 3.04.020. Positions assigned to Public Works Agency/Department Administration or the Administrative Services Department shall be designated as confidential and shall be excluded from this Agency Shop Agreement.
