Exclusion of Employees. Employees hired after December 31, 2003 shall not be entitled to any payment for the eliminated Retirement Severance Pay benefits or Early Retire Program benefits provided by the Prior Agreement. In other words, no contribution shall be made for individuals hired or rehired on or after December 31, 2003.
