Exclusion of Employees. The Agency Shop provisions set forth in paragraphs B.1., B.2., and B.3. herein shall not apply to persons designated by the Board as management, supervisory, or confidential nor to persons not in the classified civil service. The County may designate positions as confidential in accordance with Administrative Code 3.04.020. Positions assigned to Public Works Agency/Department Administration or the Administrative Services Department shall be designated as confidential and shall be excluded from this Agency Shop Agreement.
