Exclusion of Warranties. All express or implied warranties, representations or covenants which are not contained in this Agreement are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. If a statutory guarantee imposed under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any equivalent State or Territory legislation applies in respect of the Service, then ActewAGL's liability to the User under such guarantee is limited, so far as the law permits, (at ActewAGL's option) to: (a) the re-supply of the relevant service under this Agreement; or (b) an amount equivalent to the payment to have the relevant service re-supplied.
