Common use of Executive Benefits Clause in Contracts

Executive Benefits. During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such employee benefit plans as are generally available to other senior executives of the Company.

The benefits received by Employee under any such benefit plan shall be at least commensurate with those received by any other employee of the Company or any of its subsidiaries.

During the Employment TermTerm and any renewals, Executive shall be eligible entitled to participate in such all employee benefit plans, practices and programs maintained by the Company and made available to employees of the Company generally (other than plans in effect on the date hereof that are closed to new participants), to the extent Executive is eligible under the terms of such plans. Executive’s participation in such plans, practices and programs shall be on the same basis and terms as are generally available applicable to other senior executives employees of the CompanyCompany generally.

During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such employee benefit plans as are generally available to other senior executives executive level employees of the Company. All employee benefit plans are subject to change or cancellation, from time to time, at the Company’s discretion.

Members of Employee's immediate family, including spouse and children, shall be covered by all such benefits to the extent the terms of such benefit plans permit such coverage.

During the Employment Term, Executive shall be eligible to participate in such employee the Company's Executive benefit plans as in effect from time to time (collectively "Executive Benefits"); on the same basis as such Executive benefit plans are generally made available to other senior executives of the Company.
