Common use of Executive Director Clause in Contracts

Executive Director. The Executive Director shall be the chief executive officer of the Authority, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, implementing the strategic direction set by the Board, and ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Authority.
