Common use of Executive Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Executive Perquisites. The Executive shall continue to receive, throughout the Window Period, all executive perquisites (including, without limitation, a Company automobile, club dues, and secretarial services) provided by the Company immediately prior to the Change in Control and any improvements therein which are thereafter approved by the Board from time to time.
