Common use of Executive Recognition Clause in Contracts

Executive Recognition. The State of Alaska, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, recognizes Alaska Correctional Officers Association (hereinafter referred to as Association or Union) as the exclusive representative of all permanent, probationary, and provisional employees in the Correctional Officers’ Bargaining Unit for collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
