Executive Secretary. In addition to the privileges, immunities, exemptions and facilities provided for in Article 17, the Executive Secretary, unless they are a citizen or a permanent resident of Australia, shall enjoy the like privileges and immunities (including privileges and immunities in respect of a spouse and any dependant children under the age of twenty-one years) as are accorded to a diplomatic agent in Australia.
