EXEMPTION OF EMERGENCY PROVISIONS. Any new budget authority, outlays, and receipts resulting from any provi- sion designated as an emergency requirement, pursuant to this subsection, in any bill, joint resolution, amendment, amendment between the Houses, or conference report shall not count for purposes of sections 302 and 311 of the Congres- sional Budget Act of 1974 (2 U.S.C. 633, 642), section 404(a) of S. Con. Res. 13 (111th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2010, section 3101 of S. Con. Res. 11 (114th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2016, and section 4106 of H. Con. Res. 71 (115th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2018.

EXEMPTION OF EMERGENCY PROVISIONS. Any new budget authority, outlays, and receipts resulting from any provision des- ignated as an emergency requirement, pursuant to this section, in any bill, joint resolution, amendment, or conference report shall not count for purposes of sections 302 and 311 of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974, section 201 of S. Con. Res. 21 (110th Congress) (relating to pay-as-you-go), section 311 of S. Con. Res. 70 (110th Congress) (relating to long-term deficits), and sections 401 and 404 of this resolution (relating to discretionary spending and short- term deficits). Designated emergency provisions shall not count for the purpose of revising allocations, aggregates, or other levels pursuant to procedures established under section 301(b)(7) of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 for deficit-neutral reserve funds and revising discretionary spending limits set pursuant to section 301 of this resolution.

PAYMENTS & INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT: Clients are expected to pay at initial appointment an intake assessment fee of $200 per 90 minute session (for individual) or $250 for 90 minute session per couple or family. Clients are expected to pay the standard fee of $120.00 per 45 minutes (individual), 150 per 60 for (individual) or $150.00 per 45 minutes for (couple) and 175 per 60 minutes (couple and family) session; at the end of each session or at the end of the month unless other arrangements have been made. Telephone conversations, site visits, writing and reading of reports, consultation with other professionals, release of information, reading records, longer sessions, travel time, etc. will be charged at the same rate, unless indicated and agreed upon otherwise. Please notify Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx if any problems arise during the course of therapy regarding your ability to make timely payments. Clients who carry insurance should remember that professional services are rendered and charged to the clients and not to the insurance companies. Unless agreed upon differently, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx will provide you with a copy of your receipt on a monthly basis, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, if you so choose. As was indicated in the section, Health Insurance & Confidentiality of Records, you must be aware that submitting a mental health invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk. Not all issues/conditions/problems, which are dealt with in psychotherapy, are reimbursed by insurance companies. It is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. If your account is overdue (unpaid) and there is no written agreement on a payment plan, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx can use legal or other means (courts, collection agencies, etc.) to obtain payment.

  • National Emergency In cases of national emergency, the Contractor must maintain and support certain systems/ functions considered mission essential. In this event, the Government may require that certain essential personnel report for duty or, may provide support on an on-call or as-needed basis.

  • Emergency Procedure An employee may be immediately placed on an off-duty status (without pay) by the Employer, but remain on the rolls where the allegation involves intoxication (use of drugs or alcohol), pilferage, or failure to observe safety rules and regulations, or in cases where retaining the employee on duty may result in damage to U.S. Postal Service property, loss of mail or funds, or where the employee may be injurious to self or others. The employee shall remain on the rolls (non-pay status) until disposition of the case has been had. If it is proposed to suspend such an employee for more than fourteen (14) days or discharge the employee, the emergency action taken under this Section may be made the subject of a separate grievance.

  • Child or Elder Care Emergencies Leave without pay, compensatory time or paid leave may be granted for child or elder care emergencies.

  • Law Enforcement Emergencies If a Party receives a request from a law enforcement agency to implement at its switch a temporary number change, temporary disconnect, or one-way denial of outbound calls for an end user of the other Party, the receiving Party will comply so long as it is a valid emergency request. Neither Party will be held liable for any claims or damages arising from compliance with such requests, and the Party serving the end user agrees to indemnify and hold the other Party harmless against any and all such claims.

  • Safe Harbor Provisions This Section 24.1 is applicable only to Generation Interconnection Customers. Provided that Interconnection Customer agrees to conform to all requirements of the Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) (e.g., the “safe harbor” provisions of IRS Notice 2016-36, 2016-25 I.R.B. (6/20/2016)) that would confer nontaxable status on some or all of the transfer of property, including money, by Interconnection Customer to the Interconnected Transmission Owner for payment of the Costs of construction of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities, the Interconnected Transmission Owner, based on such agreement and on current law, shall treat such transfer of property to it as nontaxable income and, except as provided in Section 24.4.2 below, shall not include income taxes in the Costs of Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities that are payable by Interconnection Customer under the Interconnection Service Agreement or the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement. Interconnection Customer shall document its agreement to conform to IRS requirements for such non-taxable status in the Interconnection Service Agreement, the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, and/or the Interim Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Personal Emergency Leave 1. A teacher will be granted up to five (5) days of leave per year to cover situations other than personal illness beyond the control of the teacher which would significantly impair teaching service. Deductions from the gross pay of a teacher for this leave shall be made at the degreed substitute rate of pay for each day taken.
