Exhaustion of Other. Paid Leaves: Employees who continue to be medically disabled following a discontinuation of worker’s compensation benefits, and who subsequently exhaust their available accrued paid leave, will henceforth pay the District the entire premium amount for continuation of any insurance benefits, unless the employee is terminated or retired.
