Common use of EXHIBITION SPACE DESIGN Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITION SPACE DESIGN. a) Participants are responsible for their own Exhibition Space design and construction, under the following conditions: i. A plan of the proposed Exhibition Space installation, showing the ground plan, elevation and electrical installations must be submitted in duplicate to Show Management for examination and approval six (6) weeks before the Exhibition commencement date. ii. All interior Exhibition Space fittings must be contained within the Exhibition Space and should not extend into the aisle area. iii. All plans will be subject to the approval of both Show Management and the Fire Xxxxxxxx and must fully comply with the Fire Xxxxxxxx'x regulations. iv. Show Management reserves the right to prevent work being carried out by or on behalf of any Participant who has not submitted Exhibition Space plans in accordance with this regulation. v. Please note that pipe and drape Booths will not be allowed.
