Use of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor the Participant hereby agrees not to contract for, nor to use, any services in connection with its exhibit in the Exhibition Venue except such as shall be made available or approved by Show Management not less than thirty (30) days before the Exhibition commencement date.

Use of an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor. The Participant hereby agrees not to contract for, nor to use, any services in connection with its exhibit in the Exhibition Venue except such as shall be made available or approved by Show Management not less than thirty (30) days before the Exhibition commencement date. The Participant shall supply to Show Management the names of any persons or organisations other than those designated as Exhibitor Appointed Contractors, who are proposed for the performance of any service for the Participant. Show Management will promptly notify the Participant of its approval or disapproval of such selections. Use of any non-official service contractor is also subject to those designated contractors providing proof of insurance to Show Management thirty (30) days prior to the Exhibition commencement date. The insurance certificate should name IMEX America Ltd, Show Management, the General Service Contractor and Mandalay Corp., Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliates as additional insureds. Exhibitor Appointed Contractors include installation and dismantling contractors, florists, photographers, furniture and carpet suppliers and any other supplier or contractor used by the Participant that is not the General Service Contractor. Certain services are supplied exclusively by contractors of the Exhibition Venue and Participants are required to use their service for: booth cleaning, electrical, internet, plumbing, rigging, telephones and video signal distribution.

The Participant shall supply to Show Management the names of any persons or organizations other than those designated as the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor in the online Exhibitor Manual, who are proposed for the performance of any service for the Participant. Show Management will promptly notify the Participant of its approval or disapproval of such selections. Use of any non-official service contractor is also subject to those designated contractors providing proof of insurance to Show Management 30 days prior to the opening date of the Exhibition. Certain services are considered exclusive contractors of Sands Expo and Participants are required to use their service for: Booth Catering, Booth Cleaning, Electrical, Internet, Plumbing, Rigging, Telephones and Video Signal Distribution.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitation, either by competitive bidding or negotiation, made by the Contractor for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential Subcontractor or supplier shall be notified by the Contractor of the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement and the Regulations relative to non-discrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
