Exhibition Space Cleaning. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that the Exhibition Space is kept clean and tidy during the period of the Exhibition. Basic Exhibition Space cleaning (vacuuming and emptying waste bins) will be carried out at no extra charge to the Participant – this does not apply to a 2nd storey. Additional cleaning services can be booked via the Online Exhibitor Manual.

The Participant may not carry out Exhibition Space cleaning; this will be carried out by the official cleaning contractor, appointed by the Landlord. IMEX America Ltd provides daily vacuuming of Exhibition Space as well as trash removal however any further cleaning services must be booked via the appropriate form in the online Exhibitor Manual.
