The Exhibition Space Cleaning clause outlines the responsibilities for maintaining cleanliness and order within the designated exhibition area. Typically, it specifies which party—such as the exhibitor or the venue operator—is responsible for cleaning before, during, and after the event, and may detail standards for waste removal, floor care, and disposal of materials. Exhibition Space Cleaning. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that the Exhibition Space is kept clean and tidy during the period of the Exhibition. Basic Exhibition Space cleaning (vacuuming and emptying waste bins) will be carried out at no extra charge to the Participant – this does not apply to a 2nd storey. Additional cleaning services can be booked via the Online Exhibitor Manual.
Exhibition Space Cleaning. It is the responsibility of the Participant to ensure that the Exhibition Space is kept clean and tidy during the period of the Exhibition. The Participant may not carry out Exhibition Space cleaning; this will be carried out by the official cleaning contractor, appointed by the Landlord. IMEX America Ltd provides daily vacuuming of Exhibition Space as well as trash removal however any further cleaning services must be booked via the appropriate form in the online Exhibitor Manual.
