Exhibitor Site Access. 11.1. As soon reasonably practicable after Site allocation, Management will advise the Applicant/Exhibitor of their Site Details and provide a map which identifies the closest entry gates they are to use for access to their Site prior to and after the public event open times. Exhibitor Site Access. 12.1. As soon reasonably practicable after Site allocation, Management will send an Exhibitor Pack, via email, advising Site Details and other valuable information related to the booking, a map, and instructions on how to access the Venue and Site will be included, as well as exhibitor & vehicle passes.
