Exhibits, Schedules, etc. References to "Exhibit" or to a "Schedule" are, unless otherwise specified, to one of the Exhibits or Schedules attached to this Agreement, and references to an "Article" or a "Section" are, unless otherwise specified, to one of the Articles or Sections of this Agreement. Each Exhibit and Schedule attached hereto and referred to herein is hereby incorporated herein by reference.
Exhibits, Schedules, etc. All statements contained in any Exhibit, Schedule, certificate or other instrument delivered by or on behalf of the parties hereto, or in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, are an integral part of this Agreement, and shall be deemed to be incorporated herein by reference. The Parties agree that certain schedules may be delivered after Closing.

Each party signing this Agreement represents and warrants, to all other parties, by such signature that he, she or it has carefully read this Agreement in its entirety and understands the provisions of this Agreement.
Exhibits, Schedules, etc. All Exhibits referred to in the Transaction Documents shall be timely, accurately, and completely furnished to the Buyer as provided in the appropriate Section or, if not so provided, within ten (10) calendar days of its creation, filing, or dissemination. The exhibits, schedules and appendices attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement.
