Assets Schedule. B" Clauses and Conditions Schedule "C" Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable The following attached schedule is part of this Agreement, the Purchaser's covenants and representations of which the Purchaser represents to be accurate in all material respects: Schedule "B" Clauses and Conditions This Offer shall be irrevocable by the Purchaser until 11:59 A.M. on the 31st day of January, 2006, after which time, if not accepted, this Offer shall be null and void. Related to Assets Schedule

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Schedule means a schedule to this Agreement.
