Controle de Exportação Você não pode usar ou exportar ou reexportar o Software Apple, exceto na forma autorizada pela lei dos Estados Unidos e do país no qual o Software Apple foi adquirido. Import and Export Compliance In connection with this Agreement, each party will comply with all applicable import, re-import, export, and re-export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and country-specific economic sanctions programs implemented by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. For clarity, you are solely responsible for compliance related to the manner in which you choose to use the Service Offerings, including your transfer and processing of Your Content, the provision of Your Content to End Users, and the region in which any of the foregoing occur.
Export 12.1 Export laws and regulations of the United States and any other relevant local export laws and regulations apply to the Services. Such export laws govern use of the Services (including technical data) and any Services deliverables provided under this Agreement, and You and we each agree to comply with all such export laws and regulations (including “deemed export” and “deemed re-export” regulations). You agree that no data, information, software programs and/or materials resulting from the Services (or direct product thereof) will be exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of these laws, or will be used for any purpose prohibited by these laws including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation, or development of missile technology.
