Existing Developer’s Attachment Facilities. The Developer has constructed a 30 MW (nameplate at 0.8 power factor) hydro facility located at the Stewarts Bridge Reservoir, near the Town of Hadley, in Saratoga County, New York (“Existing Facility”). The Existing Facility has a maximum summer output of 37.5 MW at 95ºF at unity power factor, and interconnects to the Connecting Transmission Owner’s 115 xX Xxxxx-Xxxx Line #9 (“Line #9”) as further defined in Appendix C. As depicted in Figure 1 to this Appendix A,the existing Developer Attachment Facilities include: ● One (1) three-phase, two winding, 115 kV (wye-grounded) – 13.2 kV (Delta), 37.5 MVA transformer, with a 11.8% impedance and 6 sets of 600:5 MR bushing CTs (two per primary phase); and ● One (1) 115 kV, 1200 A, 550 kV BIL, 20 kA, S&C Model 2010 Circuit Switcher (988).

Related to Existing Developer’s Attachment Facilities

  • Developer’s Attachment Facilities (“DAF”). Developer shall, at its expense, design, procure, construct, own and install the DAF, as set forth in Appendix A hereto.

  • Developer Attachment Facilities Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer.

  • Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities Construction The Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Upon request, within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Connecting Transmission Owner and Developer agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall deliver to the Developer “as-built” drawings, relay diagrams, information and documents for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities set forth in Appendix A. The Connecting Transmission Owner [shall/shall not] transfer operational control of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities to the NYISO upon completion of such facilities.

  • Purpose of Attachment Facilities Except as may be required by Applicable Laws and Regulations, or as otherwise agreed to among the Parties, the Attachment Facilities shall be constructed for the sole purpose of interconnecting the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System and shall be used for no other purpose.

  • Interconnection Agreement Seller shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Interconnection Agreement.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
