Hydro Facility definition

Hydro Facility means a Facility that generates Renewable Electricity from Moving Water;
Hydro Facility means each of (a) Xxxx hydroelectric facility (approximately 10.5 megawatts) (FERC Project No. 8277), (b) Xxxxx hydroelectric facility (approximately 7.8 megawatts) (FERC Project No. 2375), (c) Xxx hydroelectric facility (approximately 3.1 megawatts) (FERC project No. 2375) and (d) Livermore hydroelectric facility (approximately 8.8 megawatts) (FERC Project No. 2375). ______________________ 1Schedule to include legal descriptions of the Hydro Facilities and any related easements.
Hydro Facility is comprised of the powerhouse (including all electrical/mechanical equipment included therein), its directly associated water conveyance system, and its generation tie equipment up to the Interconnection Point. The "Diablo Canyon Facility" means the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant (including all electrical/mechanical equipment included therein) as described in License Nos. DPR-80 and DPR-82, issued by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and its generation tie equipment up to the Interconnection Point.
