Existing Laws, Regulations and Policies. This Agreement is subject to all Federal, State and local laws, and ordinances and regulations of the County of Marin. The Union and the employees affected thereby, unless otherwise specified herein, shall be entitled to all benefits conferred thereby and shall observe all obligations engendered thereby.
