Common use of Expedited Enforcement Procedure Clause in Contracts

Expedited Enforcement Procedure. Any party, including the District, who the parties agree is a party to the Agreement for purposes of this Article and an intended beneficiary of this Article, or the PLA Administrator, may institute the following procedures in lieu of, or before any other action at law or equity, when breach of Section 7.1 or 7.4, above, or Section 8.3 or Section 21.4, is alleged.
