Production Bonuses. The Contractor shall pay to the State by deposit into the National Petroleum Account production bonuses based on attainment of cumulative Production of Petroleum from each Development Area as follows:
Production Bonuses. 23.1 The Working Interest Owners, other than the GHPL/ (if applicable), shall pay THE PRESIDENT on an Area basis, the following production bonuses: For avoidance of doubt, the production obtained during EWT period will be treated as a part of cumulative production for the purpose of determining production bonuses as stipulated in the rules.
23.2 Pakistani Working Interest Owners other than GHPL (if applicable) will pay their share of Production Bonuses in Rupees equivalent of United States Dollar converted at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of transaction. GHPL will not pay the production bonuses as long as GOP is the majority shareholder of this company.
23.3 Payments due under this Article shall be made within thirty (30) Days from the date on which the respective production bonus becomes payable. Production bonuses will be expensed on social welfare development projects in and around the Area, as per Guidelines, issued by the Government from time to time.
23.4 Payments made under this Article are not to be amortized, expensed, or credited for Pakistani Income Tax purposes.
23.5 In the event a Working Interest Owner elects not to join in the development of a Commercial Discovery, such a Working Interest Owner shall have no obligation to pay the bonuses provided for in this Article 23. In that case the total amount of production bonus shall be paid by the remaining Working Interest Owners pro-rata to their Working Interest.
Production Bonuses. The Contractor shall pay to the State the following sums as Production bonuses:
(a) on the date of start Production of Crude Oil from a Development and Production Area, two million Dollars ($2,000,000);
(b) two million Dollars ($2,000,000) after daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages 20,000 Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
Production Bonuses. The Contractor will pay the State the following amounts as Production Bonuses:
(a) million Dollars ($...MM) on the date Production of Crude Oil begins from a Development and Production Area;
(b) million Dollars ($...MM) when daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages …(…) Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
(c) million Dollars ($...MM) when daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages … (…) Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
(d) million Dollars ($...MM) when daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages …(…) Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
(e) million Dollars ($...MM) when daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages … (…) Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days; and These payments will be made within thirty (30) days of the date that the obligation is generated.
Production Bonuses. Production Bonuses (if any) shall be charged to the Joint Account if there is no Hydrocarbon production from an Exclusive Operation at the time they are incurred. If there is Hydrocarbon production from one or more Exclusive Operations, then any Production Bonus which becomes payable under the Contract shall be borne by each Exploitation Area in the proportion that its cumulative production of Hydrocarbons bears to the total cumulative production of Hydrocarbons from the Contract Area. The Parties in an Exploitation Area shall bear any Production Bonus allocated to that Exploitation Area in accordance with their Participating Interests in that Exploitation Area as of the date on which liability for the production bonus was incurred. Only types and grades of Hydrocarbons used for the determination of any Production Bonus under the Contract shall be utilized in the calculations in this Article 7.9.
Production Bonuses. The Contractor shall pay to the State the following sums as Production bonuses:
(a) on the date of start Production of Crude Oil from a Development and Production Area, [insert amount] Dollars ($[insert amount]);
(b) [insert amount] Dollars ($[insert amount]) after daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages [insert number] Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
(c) [insert amount] Dollars ($[insert amount]) after daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages [insert number] Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days;
(d) [insert amount] Dollars ($[insert amount]) after daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages [insert number] Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days; and
(e) [insert amount] Dollars ($[insert amount]) after daily Production from a Development and Production Area first averages [insert number] Barrels per day for a period of sixty (60) consecutive days. Such payments shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date that the liability accrues.
Production Bonuses. 24.1 Contractor shall pay the President on a Contract Area basis, the following Production bonuses:
24.2 Payments due under Article 24.1 shall be made within thirty (30) Days of the date on which the respective Production bonus becomes payable. Production taken during test and/or early product period will be accounted for the purposes of calculating cumulative production.
Production Bonuses. In the event of a Crude Oil Commercial Discovery, the CONTRACTOR shall pay the following relevant Crude Oil Production Bonus to the GOVERNMENT within thirty (30) days of the following relevant occurrence:
Production Bonuses. During each full year of the Employment Term commencing on the Effective Date, Employer shall pay to Employee a bonus equal to 25% of the net profit earned by the Oklahoma Branch during such 12-month period in excess of $400,000 earned by the branch during such period.
Production Bonuses. It is mutually understood that the Employer may not pay on a piecework basis, but may utilize production bonuses in addition to the hourly rate of pay.
