EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT FOR BILINGUAL TEACHER. 12 a. The expense reimbursement provisions shall apply only to 13 those teachers who are actively working toward a 14 bilingual/bicultural certificate, who are making measurable 15 progress toward obtaining the certificate, and who are then 16 currently teaching in a bilingual/bicultural classroom or 17 program where such certificate is or will be required;
