Experience Credits. Credit shall be given for experience. In computing credit for experience, credit will be given for the whole year provided that the teacher was employed for more than half the school year. Part-time employees will receive experience credits at the same rate as their employment is to a full-time equivalency. A half time (.5 FTE) employee will receive a half-year credit toward experience per year.
