Common use of Export Subsidies Clause in Contracts

Export Subsidies. Neither Party shall, in accordance with its obligationsunder the WTO Agreement, introduce or maintain any exportsubsidies.

Export Subsidies. Neither Party shallshall introduce or maintain any export subsidies, in accordance which are inconsistent with its obligationsunder obligations under the WTO Agreement, introduce or maintain on any exportsubsidiesagricultural good, which is listed in Annex 1 to the Agreement on Agriculture.
