Export Subsidies. 1. The Parties and Signatory Parties share the goal of achieving the multilateral elimination of export subsidies for agricultural products and shall cooperate in efforts to achieve an agreement within the framework of the WTO to eliminate such subsidies. 2. The Signatory Parties agree not to apply export subsidies and other measures and practices of equivalent effect which distort trade and production of agricultural origin, to their mutual agricultural trade.

Export Subsidies. Neither Party shall introduce or maintain any export subsidy on any good destined for the territory of the other Party.

Export Subsidies. 1. From the entry Entry into Force of this Treaty, the parties may increase grants the above 7 per cent of the FOB value of exports. 2. From the date of tariffs on agricultural products originating reach zero tariff relief under the programme, and in any case no later than 1 July 2007, the parties may maintain export subsidies on agricultural products in the reciprocal trade.
Export Subsidies. 1. The Parties share the objective of achieving the multilateral elimination of export subsidies on agricultural goods and will cooperate in the effort to reach agreements within the framework of the GATT. 2. The Parties shall gradually eliminate export subsidies for agricultural sector goods incorporated into the Duty-Free Program in the following manner: a) upon the incorporation of an agricultural good into the Tax Relief Program, the Parties may maintain the export subsidy prevailing in the year prior to its incorporation for up to three years; b) as from the fourth year after the agricultural sector good has been incorporated into the relief program, the corresponding export subsidies will be eliminated in equal stages until reaching zero at the end of the relief of that good. 3. Once the relief has been completed, neither Party may maintain or introduce export subsidies on agricultural goods in its reciprocal trade. Likewise, the Parties waive their rights under the GATT to use export subsidies on agricultural goods in their reciprocal trade, as well as any rights with respect to the use of such subsidies that may result from multilateral negotiations on agricultural matters within the framework of the GATT. 4. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs 2 and 3, a Party may, if so requested by another Party and there is agreement between them, adopt or maintain an export subsidy on an agricultural good exported to that other Party.

From the date of tariffs on agricultural products originating reach zero-tariff relief under the programme, and in any case no later than 1 July 2007, the parties may maintain export subsidies on agricultural products in the reciprocal trade. 4. Notwithstanding the above, from the Entry into Force of this Treaty, the parties may maintain in their reciprocal trade export subsidies on agricultural products included in article 5 of the decree of export promotion 37-91 Number of Nicaragua and subject to tariff-quota according to the schedule of tariff relief.
Export Subsidies. From the entry into force of this Agreement, the Parties shall not grant subsidies to exports of industrial goods destined for the markets of the Parties. Subsidies on exports of agricultural goods shall be governed in accordance with the provisions of Chapter V, Section A.
