Common use of Expulsion Clause in Contracts

Expulsion. 5.1 No rebate of fees will be made should a Student leave owing to misconduct, including suspension and expulsion. 5.2 During any period of suspension, the Parent(s) will be required to continue paying all School fees. 5.3 In the event that a Student is expelled from the School, the current term’s tuition fees remain due and payable, inclusive of any co-curricular or extra- curricular activities for which commitment has been made. Depending on the circumstances of the enrolment termination, the School may elect at its sole discretion to waive all or part of any outstanding tuition fees.
