Extended Coverage During Layoff. An employee may continue hospital-surgical-medical-drug-vision- hearing aid coverages (but not dental expense coverage) during layoff without a break in seniority through the twelfth consecutive month following the last month of his/her coverage for which contributions were made by the Company under Section 2 (a) and 2 (c) above.
