Common use of Extended Housing Clause in Contracts

Extended Housing. When housing demand exceeds existing on campus supply, ORL reserves the right to assign additional residents above the design capacity of designated rooms. This includes assigning 3 students to a double room and 4-5 students to a quad room. Assignments are based on the date of the completed application.
