Extended Hours. Depending upon local service capabilities, available extended hour plans include 5-, 6-, and 7-day, 8-, 16-, and 24-hour options at additional cost. Alaris will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide Service outside of Agreement Hours as shown below. Any such service performed will be billed at prevailing Alaris Per Call Overtime rates.
Extended Hours. 25.11.1 The extended hours rate (Salary Schedule B.10) shall be paid for parent/teacher conference weeks, winter and spring recess, and early release days for school-age students. The classroom teacher shall have priority to work these extended hours in his/her class.
Extended Hours. If the University provides written consent for extended hours for the Licensee’s event, the Licensee shall pay an additional surcharge of $100 per hour. Weekend bookings may be subject to additional charges to be determined by the University.
Extended Hours. For the current year you will need to complete a 30 hours Estimate Claim Form to apply for payments for the additional hours (over and above the Universal hours). We will pay 60% of the value of the hours indicated on your Estimate Claim Form.
Extended Hours. The parties will develop guidelines for working in excess of 15 hours in a 24-hour period, against the agreed objective of minimising excessive hours.
Extended Hours. (For Regular Shifts beyond seven (7) hours in length) The parties agree to the following scheduling guidelines:
(a) Full time staff will be scheduled for not more than two weekends out of four unless the employee agrees to be scheduled for more.
(b) Not less than twelve (12) hours off shall be scheduled between shifts.
(c) Full time staff will have a minimum of eight (8) days off in any four (4) week cycle.
(d) Full time employees hired specifically for extended hours or employees who are successful applicants for extended hours full time positions are entitled to be paid a shift premium as per Article 18.
Extended Hours. Employees will be paid overtime rates of pay for all hours worked in excess of the hours of work defined under Article 12 except as follows:
a) The employee requests to work extended hours, for the purpose of banking hours for personal reasons.
b) The employee agrees to work extended hours in exchange for alternate time off. Banked time is to be taken within the six (6) month period in which it is incurred as there shall be no carry over between six (6) month periods; such accumulated banked time is not to exceed a total of twenty-five
Extended Hours. Employees will be paid overtime rates of pay for all hours worked in excess of the hours of work defined under Article 12 except as follows:
a) The employee requests to work extended hours, for the purpose of banking hours for personal reasons.
b) The employee agrees to work extended hours in exchange for alternate time off. Banked time is to be taken within the six (6) month period in which it is incurred as there shall be no carry over between six (6) month periods; such accumulated banked time is not to exceed a total of twenty-five (25) hours in either six (6) month period. The six (6) month time periods are April 1 to September 30th and October 1st to March 31st. Employees cannot lose hours worked under this clause. If mutual agreeable dates are not found within the above time frames the employee will be paid out in the final pay period of the six (6) month span.
Extended Hours. Employees may work daily shifts greater than eight (8) hours and less than ten (10) hours and be compensated for such shifts at straight-time. This arrangement will hereafter be referred to as extended hours.
Extended Hours. Employees will be required to temporarily return to a non-compressed workweek for a two (2) week period to accommodate their extended hours.
