Common use of Extended Illness or Injury Clause in Contracts

Extended Illness or Injury. Return to work after an illness or injury lasting fifteen (15) days or more must be accompanied by a medical release from the attending physician. The release must state that the ESP is "ready and medically capable of return to their regular job and duties." The District may require a "return to work" evaluation at District expense.
