Extended Planned Outage Duration. The Extended Planned Outage duration defines the maximum allowable time, in hours and minutes that the Registry Operator is permitted to take the System Services out of service for extended maintenance ("Extended Planned Outage Duration"). Extended Planned Outages are planned in advance and the Registrar Community is provided notification in accordance with Section 6.4.3.
