Extended Standby. Extended standby will be paid at the rate specified in the Schedule of Items for ordered service of each authorized crew member. The Government will measure extended standby in full hours and will round up to the next whole hour, not to exceed each crew member's duty limitations. If unavailability of the MRB occurs, extended standby will be measured and paid only for full hours of service provided.
