EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.
Modification of Commitments 1. For a period of 12 months from the date of entry into force of this Agreement, a Member State may adopt any measures or modify any of its reservations made in the Schedule under Article 9 (Reservations) for prospective applications to investors of any other Member States and their investments, provided that such measures or modification shall not adversely affect any existing investors and investments.
EXTENSION OF CONTRACT The Director of Procurement Services may, with the consent of the contractor extend the Contract period beyond the indicated expiration date.
Application of other Rules and Special Commitments 1. Where a matter is governed simultaneously both by this Agreement and by another international agreement to which both Contracting Parties are parties, nothing in this Agreement shall prevent either Contracting Party or any of its investors who own investments in the territory of the other Contracting Party from taking advantage of whichever rules are more favourable to his case.
Extension of Agreement Prior to the original expiration date of this Agreement, the Parties mutually agree to extend this Agreement to the February 15 extension date identified in Paragraph VIII(A). Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.
Extension of Leave 4 If an extension of the leave is required, a request for the extension must be 5 submitted on the Leave Request Form at least five days in advance of the leave 6 expiration. Consideration of an extension will be based on the same criteria as 7 the original request. Failure to return to work at the expiration of the leave may 8 result in termination.
EXTENSION OF USE The Contract may be extended to additional States or governmental jurisdictions upon mutual written agreement between New York State (the lead contracting State) and the Contractor. Political subdivisions and other authorized entities within each participating State or governmental jurisdiction may also participate in the Contract if such State normally allows participation by such entities. New York State reserves the right to negotiate additional minimum NYS Vehicle Discounts based on any increased volume generated by such extensions.
217 Extension Deposits In the event of Contract Term Extension, Forest Service shall divide the difference between Current Contract Value as of the start of any Contract Term Extension and the credit balance of any deposit made pursuant to B4.213 by the number of whole months remaining in Normal Operating Season(s) within the extension period to determine the amount of each “Extension Deposit.” Purchaser shall make the initial Extension Deposit prior to Forest Service executing the contract modifica- tion. In response to Forest Service billing under B4.21, Purchaser shall make advance cash deposits. Such de- posits shall at least equal each Extension Deposit re- quired for each whole month remaining in Normal Operat- ing Season(s) during the extension period. Extension De- posits shall be due by the last day of each month during Normal Operating Season whether or not the volume that is covered by such deposits has been Scaled. Due dates for Extension Deposits during the exten- sion period may be delayed when Purchaser earns Con- tract Term Adjustment if Termination Date, as adjusted, results in one or more additional complete months within Normal Operating Season(s).
Extension of Leaves Employees who are entitled to leave pursuant to Articles 20.1 and 20.2 shall be entitled to an extended leave of up to an additional six (6) months for health reasons where a doctor's certificate is presented. Such written request must be received by the Employer at least four weeks prior to the expiration of leave taken pursuant to Article 20.1 and 20.2.
