Extension of Pregnancy and Parental Leave. Pregnancy and Parental leave shall be extended for up to an additional five consecutive weeks of unpaid leave commencing immediately after the end of such leave if the child has a physical, psychological, or emotional condition requiring an additional period of parental care.
