EXTENSION OF THE COLLECTION CONTRACT. 4.1 No later than 12 months prior to the expiry of the Collection Contract the Board shall meet and consider whether or not to extend the term of the Collection Contract (in accordance with clause 2.2 of the Collection Contract). Where the Board proposes to extend the term of the Collection Contract the Managing Director shall, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the Chief Executive of each of the Partner Authorities of its decision.

  • Termination of the Contract 11.1. The Coordinator may terminate the contract if the Co-beneficiary has inadequately discharged or failed to discharge any of the contractual obligations, insofar as this is not due to force majeure, after notification of the Co-beneficiary by registered letter has remained without effect for one month.
