Common use of EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PERFORMANCE Clause in Contracts

EXTENSION OF TIME FOR PERFORMANCE. 41.1. If performance by the Contractor is delayed for a reason set forth in Article 41.3, the Contractor may be allowed a reasonable extension of time in conformance with this Article and the PPB Rules. 41.2. Any extension of time may be granted only by the ACCO (as set forth below) upon written application by the Contractor.
