Common use of Extension of Timelines Clause in Contracts

Extension of Timelines. Any timelines in this Article shall be modified in writing if any step in the evaluation procedure cannot be adhered to because a teacher or evaluator is unavailable due to absence, approved leave, calamity days, or upon mutual agreement of the parties. The step in the evaluation procedure shall be completed within the same amount of time that the teacher and/or evaluator was unavailable due to absence or approved leave. Finalization of Evaluation
