Common use of Extension Programmes and Services Clause in Contracts

Extension Programmes and Services. 2.3.1 Save and except as provided for in 2.3.2 and 6.15 this Agreement does not apply within Extension Programmes and Services to any person receiving an honorarium from the College for services rendered within Extension Programmes and Services. 2.3.2 Notwithstanding the above, and recognizing that Extension Programmes and Services course, programs and activities form part of the College curriculum, the College and the Union agree to the following operating principles:
