Common use of Extensions and Renewals Clause in Contracts

Extensions and Renewals. This Agreement may be extended ("Extension Period") on an annual basis by mutual agreement of the parties, following a mutual1y negotiated, written amendment to this Agreement specifying the new time period, the terms of the Amendment and Clifton’s compensation for the Extension Period.
